DOES SHIPPING COST DIFFERS IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES?

MTB SPORTS offers Free Worldwide Shipping for U.S, Canada and European customers.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY PRODUCT TO BE SHIPPED?

Once we receive your payment for your orders it takes up to 5 working days to prepare the package to be shipped(usually 1-2 days). When your order is ready to go you will receive a confirmation letter to your email with tracking number.

Usually, it takes 2-4 weeks to deliver the product to your home. 

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS I BOUGHT?

We only refund products that are damaged and/or were described incorrectly. 

However, we are flexible and contact us in case of a similar situation.

NOTE: We do not refund products that are on SALE.
